Jennifer's Songs

I don't listen to music when I write, but certain songs either inspire me or remind me of stories and characters that I've written. On my website, I've listed songs that work for each of my books. You can check them out here http://www.jenniferwilck.com (and it's okay to follow the link to "Playlist." But for today's blog, I'll just list one song for each of my books. They both remind me of the heroes in each of the books:

For Skin Deep, it's What Will It Take, by the Rembrandts.

For A Heart of Little Faith, it's Chasing Cars, by Snow Patrol.

  1. Don't know either of those songs :-(
I'd never thought of linking songs to my books - now you've got me thinking about what I would choose!

  2. It's fun, Paula. Usually, I'm listening to music in my car and I think, "Oh,that's a perfect description of the conflict between my hero or heroine," or something like that.

  4. Just be sure to pull over before you write down the name of the song! ;)

  6. I don't know etiher of these songs. Yikes.

I love the idea of a play list for each book. There are definitely certain songs that fit particular stories.
