I like the idea of simply shouting from the rooftops!
I think getting your name out there on all of those sites does help. I had higher sales of my second book than my first. I did a mini blog tour to launch the second one.

I'd love to know whether all the promo out there on all the blogs,loops etc actually makes anyone actually BUY the books!
